Catering is something that really needs to be addressed. If you do not know a caterer we suggest you sample as many meals, starters and desserts as you can. It is important to make sure the menu works for not only you, but your guests. Most wedding menus offer a good choice of food such as chicken, steak and pasta as a main course. Starters often include salad, a cocktail, or some sort of finger food. It is fairly easy to find desserts that will please everyone.
At the end of the day it is all about researching and sampling and testing your vendors.
